BRAC's David E. Roberts Center for Economic Development Receives Awards

Awards

The David E. Roberts Center for Economic Development, home of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC), has been awarded a Silver Rose Award, an AIA LA Awarad of Excellence and an IIDA Award of Excellence.

The Rose Awards program is an annual design competition hosted by the American Institute of Architects Baton Rouge.  It recognizes design excellence by local architects and is judged by a panel of national architects. The AIA Baton Rouge Rose Awards Program aims to bring recognition and public awareness to the outstanding work of the organization's members.

The AIA Louisiana Architecture Honor Awards program recognizes achievements for a broad range of architectural activity in order to elevate the general quality of architectural practice, to establish a standard of excellence against which all architects can measure performance, and to inform the public expectations for architectural practice, its breadth, and its value.

The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) hosts the Delta Regional Chapter's Annual Awards Gala annually to provide a forum for recognizing excellence in interior design within the region of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The competition’s purpose is to celebrate outstanding examples of designed interior spaces, demonstrate design professionals’ impact on the health, safety, and wellbeing; balancing passion for good design and strategy for best business practices.
