Andrea Barrios Bergeron

Designer, AIA Associate

Andrea was born in Venezuela, but grew up all over America, having lived in Missouri, Florida, Louisiana, and now resides in Wheaton, IL, a small town outside of Chicago. Andrea taught Spanish and Technical Drafting for four years and later received her Master of Architecture from LSU in 2020, in which she was a Dean's List and Henry Adam's Medalist along the way. Andrea now enjoys spending quality time with her husband, whether it's working on house projects, gaming, disc golfing, or simply being outdoors in the mountains or on water. In her free time you can find her crafting, painting, building furniture, or cooking and baking cuisines from different cultures.

Andrea speaks Spanish fluently and is very attuned to her Venezuelan and Hispanic Heritage. Her dream is to retire in Germany's Bavarian Countryside and has German on her list of languages to learn!
