Film Studio Concept

Poised to become one of the largest full service production studios in Louisiana, this project spanned 20 acres and provided over 272,000 square feet of sound stage and production service space. Included in the concept was a 30,000 sf office with commissary and storage space, 4 sound stages ranging from 14,000 sf – 30,000 sf, and a rehabilitated grocery store transformed into a construction mill for set designs. A future phase included additional set space within an abandoned big box store, with a large outdoor set space in the parking lot, all within the secure studio campus.
