A Physical Home for a Digital University
This 30,000 sf facility is the first freestanding campus for the University of Phoenix in Louisiana. Designed as a build-to-suit, the campus consolidates the University's operations in Lafayette and combines classrooms, student commons, and administration spaces. Located in an expanding area of Lafayette, the facility provides both state-of-the-art higher education space and a landmark presence for the University.
WHLC coordinated with the University of Phoenix, the Lemoine Company, and the Developer to deliver the project on time and under budget.
